L2MM Distribution Agreement
By accepting this agreement, you confirm that you are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the content being submitted for distribution through the L2MM platform.
1. Content Ownership: You warrant that you hold all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the audio, video, and visual assets submitted. This includes master recording rights, publishing rights, and any sampled or third-party content clearances.
2. AI-Generated Content Disclosure: Content created with AI assistance through L2MM will be tagged with C2PA provenance metadata, including the AI model used and the producing user. This disclosure is required by platform policies and supports content authenticity standards.
3. Revenue Share: L2MM retains a 15% distribution fee on all streaming revenue generated through partner platforms. Remaining revenue is paid out monthly to the artist's registered payment method.
4. Platform Compliance: Distributed content must comply with the content policies of all selected target platforms. L2MM reserves the right to halt distribution of content that violates platform terms of service.
5. Takedown Rights: You may request a takedown of your content at any time through the Distribution Hub. Processing may take up to 48 hours depending on the platform.
6. Liability: L2MM is not liable for revenue discrepancies between streaming platform reports. All disputes should be directed to the respective platform's artist support channels.
